Product Return

Items you have purchased at Bebehaus.com are returnable 1 week upon receipt of products. Items have to be in the original packing, undamaged (product and packaging). A restocking fee of 20% off the purchase price will be imposed.


In you return please include a copy of the invoice or order number and specify reason for the return. The return has to be done via a trackable delivery service.


Refunds can be done in terms of a bebehaus.com credit voucher or bank transfer.


Some products are considered special order items and we regret are not returnable.


Please note we cannot accept returns from follow class of goods: Breast pumps, feeding accessories, Supplement, Vitamins, creams and lotions, diaper accessories, potties and toilet training/use products, VCD/DVD.


Return postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.


All refunds and exchanges are subject to final approval of our customer service department who will need to evaluate the condition of the products.


Once your order is confirmed, paid and sent out, we will not be able to cancel or change shipping instructions and order anymore.




Damaged Goods

In the event that you receive a products damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the products by sending a picture, order number and description of the problem to customercare@bebehaus.com. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of receipt we assume you have received your purchase in good order and condition. After receiving notification from you the products will have to be sent back to us within 7days if not notified otherwise by us.


We will either send you the replacement parts and if necessary replace with a new item at no cost to you. The appropriate course of action will be determined by our customer care department. If fproduct is non-defective we will with return products to you (shipping charges will need to be borne by customer) or we can treat is as a return item (please refer to return item section for policy).
